with HDTV digital video and D1 video outputs

NAB 2000, Las Vegas, Nevada April 10, 2003– VMC Holdings Group introduces the RTC2 scan converter. The RTC2 is a premium quality scan converter that provides unequaled clarity and image detail. Designed for applications where image quality is of utmost importance, the RTC2 incorporates the most advanced signal processing technology available today.

The RTC2 is the only scan converter available with an HDTV digital video output option. The high resolution that HDTV provides ensures that even the smallest details and fonts in the high-resolution computer source are preserved. By connecting the RTC2's HD outputs to an HDTV recorder an almost perfect copy of the high res. RGB computer source can be made.

The RTC2 features zoom and smooth pan/scan capability for camera like movements. Separate horizontal and vertical filters provide an extra level of control for the elimination of flicker, alias and Moiré patterns. The RTC2 video outputs include D1, RGB, Component, S-VHS, composite video and the optional HDTV digital video outputs.
