Policies (Out of Warranty)
Three service levels are available:
Standard
Service: Repairs are charged at the regular hourly labor rate.
Typical turnaround is five business days.
Rush
Service: Repairs are placed in the priority queue. Visual
Matrix will make every attempt to achieve a 48 hour turnaround
time. Repairs are charged at the rush labor hourly rate.
Same
Day Service: This service level is only available if the problem
can be isolated to a defective PC board. The PC board will be
exchanged with a replacement board. Customer will be billed for
the replacement cost. This charge is non-refundable.
